Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Times & Rates
We offer fast and reliable shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) – Free on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-5 business days) – Available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – Available for an additional charge, calculated at checkout.
Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international customers soon.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@blitzvac.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
BlitzVac is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us at support@blitzvac.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem and send a replacement if necessary.
