At BlitzVac, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please review our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be authorized by our customer support team before sending the product back.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items purchased as final sale or part of a clearance promotion.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our support team at support@blitzvac.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the product securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item received).
- If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@blitzvac.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be processed, and you will need to follow the return process if necessary.
